Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your glow. If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Opened items are eligible if used sparingly (≤20%) and in original packaging.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and heavily used products aren’t eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email support@loveandglowessentials.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send instructions and a return label (return shipping may be deducted from refund unless we made an error).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, start a return and place a new order.
